Theresa Harmon, MSW, LICSW is a Clinical Social Worker with experience working in child welfare, early intervention, and school settings with substance exposed children. To the Moon and Back was established as a 501 (c) (3) in 2017 and its mission is to provide support, education, and advocacy for children born substance exposed and their caregivers. Along with the support group Theresa provides presentations in the community around Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) with an emphasis on the long-term needs of children born exposed and has been involved in the legislative process to increase funding to services for this population. However, her biggest accomplishment is being a mom to her son, who she loves To the Moon and Back.
